Description
Amarok acquired 333 Valencia in March 2018. At the time of acquisition, the property was vacant and in need of a seismic retrofit and full building system modernization. Upon acquisition, Amarok implemented a $15 million renovation of the property that included seismic retrofit, construction of new elevators / stair cores / lobbies, bathrooms, installation of new MEPS systems and roof restoration. In 2020 Amarok executed a long-term lease for 75% of the building to the City and County of San Francisco.
