Amarok acquired 401 Grand Avenue in November 2016. At the time of acquisition, the property was partially leased at rents significantly below market. Upon acquisition, Amarok renovated the property to upgrade lobbies and common areas, to address deferred maintenance and to implement a spec office leasing program.
